ING Finance & Risk Design Sprint

Challenge

We were asked by ING to help the Finance/Risk Tribe design a brand new knowledge sharing platform. Ever since the two departments merged it became more and more clear that teams needed to be more transparent and find new ways to collaborate and share data.

So we suggested to run a design sprint together. In less than a weeks time we were able to design, develop and validate the need for and value of the solution.

Results

We pitched our conclusions to stakeholders to get the funding and resources needed to carry on to the next stage of the project.

After analyzing the results of the testing sessions with actual end users at the ING UX Lab we were confident the team was on to something.
