
Challenge
ING has lots of employees. To make sure they have everything they need to do their job effectively, ING suggested the idea of creating a dedicated employee portal.
So together, we rolled up our sleeves and went to work; we listened to a wide range of employees, mapped out their journeys, and tested our riskiest beliefs and assumptions.
Using an Agile approach as part of our Accelerator Program, we managed to design and develop a brand new portal from scratch in less than three months.
Results
We pitched our conclusions to stakeholders to get the funding and resources needed to carry on to the next stage of the project.
After analyzing the results of the testing sessions with actual end users at the ING UX Lab we were confident the team was on to something.
